Our goal is to be a major player and assist in the development of women’s hockey.

We believe the time is now to offer young women an opportunity to develop to peak athletic potential

based on a sound philosophy for development of the elite and committed athlete.

The mission of this league is to play a major role in the development and growth of women’s hockey in the USA, Canada and Europe. The goal of the league is to foster the development of each team and player to the greatest extent possible.  The league will explore guidelines and policies that unite its members for the betterment and growth of the sport. Our format will emphasize the preparation for competition like a college program; furthermore it will allow the teams in the league to schedule exhibition games and attend the traditional women’s tournaments throughout the year at their individual program's discretion.
